Job summary

All Star Electric seeks a Field Safety Coordinator to oversee safety on active job sites, implement preventative measures, and inform colleagues about safety protocols. You will respond promptly to near misses and accidents, helping to keep everyone safe and compliant.

Responsibilities include observing site conditions, educating crew on safe practices, taking corrective actions for hazards, documenting incidents, providing emergency aid when needed, and assisting in issuing and inspecting

Qualifications

• Requires electrical safety knowledge and experience on construction sites.
• 5+ years safety experience.
• OSHA 10 and 30-hour certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Observe jobsite conditions to ensure safe work environments.
• Educate crew on safety policies and procedures.
• Take corrective action for unsafe conditions.
• Monitor workforce for unsafe acts and intervene.
• Document and report safety observations.
• Respond to incidents and provide emergency aid as needed.
• Assist in inspecting and issuing PPE.
