Paragon Safety Group, headquartered in Raleigh, NC, seeks an Onsite Safety Specialist and Construction Safety Auditor to join our growing team. This hybrid role covers active construction sites across the Carolinas and requires travel, bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Responsibilities include safety oversight, audits, and incident investigations, with a focus on OSHA compliance and safe work practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide temporary on-site safety coverage as needed.
• Conduct site safety audits and prepare formal reports.
• Identify and correct unsafe working conditions immediately.
• Monitor safety-critical tasks for OSHA compliance.
• Coach employees on safe work practices and behavioral safety.
• Conduct accident investigations and near-miss analyses.
• Lead safety orientations and job hazard analyses (JHAs).
• Collaborate with client management to mitigate risk and control loss.
• Represent Paragon Safety Group in safety matters.
• Accompany external inspectors and ensure proper documentation.
• Deliver OSHA 10/30 training as required.
• Review and approve employee timesheets and coordinate safety training.
• Maintain safety documentation and audit records.

Formation

OSHA 510 or 500 certification

8+ years of direct professional safety experience

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency

Bilingual Spanish/English (Preferred)
