Paragon Safety Group, Inc. seeks an Onsite Safety Professional to manage safety on active construction sites and perform multi-location audits. The role blends field work with office tasks, including timesheet approvals and safety documentation in a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in safety, OSHA 510/500, strong communication skills, and a NC driver’s license. Travel across the Carolinas is expected; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of direct professional safety experience.
• OSHA 510 or 500 certification is required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide temporary on-site safety coverage when needed.
• Conduct regular site safety audits and prepare formal reports.
• Identify and correct unsafe working conditions immediately.
• Monitor safety-critical tasks and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coach employees on safe work practices and behavioral safety.
• Lead safety orientations and job hazard analyses (JHAs).
• Collaborate with client management to mitigate risk and control loss.
• Accompany external inspectors and ensure proper documentation.
• Deliver OSHA 10/30 training as required.

Conhecimentos
