Job summary

Intex Electric is seeking a Safety Coordinator to oversee safety programs and ensure a secure work environment at construction sites in Dallas, TX. The role involves daily adherence to the safety program and supporting the Safety Director in maintaining regulatory compliance.

The candidate will conduct safety trainings, inspect job sites, and assist in accident investigations, with a focus on OSHA standards and PPE usage. This position requires on-site availability and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 preferred.
• CPR/First Aid instructor license preferred.
• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Ability to use business software and office machines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise enforcement of safety policies and procedures.
• Identify, coordinate and conduct safety training sessions.
• Perform regular jobsite safety inspections to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Identify and correct hazards on construction sites.
• Assist in investigations of accidents requiring medical attention.
• Attend required insurance site safety audits.
• Maintain jobsite safety documents and records.
• Provide safety trainings on first aid, CPR, electrical safety, and PPE.
