Job summary

Intex Electrical Contractors, Inc. seeks a dedicated Safety Coordinator to oversee safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment for all employees. The role collaborates with the Safety Director and site teams to enforce policies and deliver required training.

The ideal candidate will hold OSHA 30 (preferred) and CPR/First Aid instructor credentials, possess a valid driver's license, and communicate effectively in English. This on-site position requires a proactive team player.

Qualifications

• Oversee safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate safety training and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise enforcement of safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and conduct safety training sessions.
• Perform regular jobsite safety inspections for OSHA compliance.
• Identify and correct hazards and assist in accident investigations.
• Attend required insurance site safety audits.
• Maintain jobsite safety documents and PPE inventory.
• Provide OSHA 10/OSHA 30 training when needed.
• Coordinate with Safety Director and safety managers on certifications.
