Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Safety Manager to oversee safety on a large-scale industrial construction project in Golden, Colorado. The role includes onsite safety oversight, field audits, and coordination with multiple contractors to promote a strong safety culture.

The successful candidate will support demolition, equipment installation, and building construction for can line systems, with a workforce that grows from approximately 230 onsite personnel to about 300 by year-end.

Formación

• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience in industrial construction environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in multi-contractor worksites.
• Strong communication and safety leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily onsite safety oversight for construction activities.
• Conduct routine field inspections and safety audits.
• Monitor contractor and self-perform crew compliance with safety requirements.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site orientations.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Support safety planning for demolition, installation, and construction activities.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all project personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and records.
• Collaborate with project leadership to ensure safe project execution.
