Job summary

Kroll Konstruction is seeking a Safety Coordinator to be on-site, implementing and maintaining safety programs across projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA and client requirements. This role partners with project teams, subcontractors, and safety personnel to identify hazards, conduct trainings, and uphold a proactive safety culture; frequent travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30, OSHA 510, and OSHA 500 certifications required.
• Minimum 5 years construction safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to coach and educate field personnel.
• Proficiency with safety software and mobile tech.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project safety programs on sites.
• Conduct site inspections and audits for compliance.
• Identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors and client reps.
• Lead OSHA 10/30 training and maintain records.
• Travel to active/inactive job sites as needed.
