Job summary
Capital Holding Group in Springfield, MO is seeking a Safety Coordinator/Manager to implement safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance across civil construction and asphalt projects. This role requires travel to job sites and strong incident investigation and training capabilities to maintain a zero-accident culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Health and Fire Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction or asphalt safety.
- OSHA rules knowledge and safety training credentials preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with executing safety strategy and zero-accident culture for projects.
- Ensure job site safety including training, documentation, audits, and reporting.
- Monitor daily construction activities for OSHA compliance.
- Develop and implement safety programs to meet compliance needs.
- Lead safety training for individuals and crews.
- Maintain regular site visits and safety records.
