Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to support large-scale data center construction projects. The role emphasizes ensuring conformance with client EHS policies and site-specific requirements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a dedicated safety leadership role.
• OSHA-30 certification and 5–7 years of safety experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (CHST, SMP, GSP, ASP, CSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GC is compliant with Site-Specific Safety Plan through tours and reviews.
• Coordinate safety events and reporting with GC and Owner.
• Provide monthly/weekly safety metrics and incident reports.
• Oversee execution of Client observation program.
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and reviews.
• Manage safety improvement reporting and ensure SLAs met.
