Job summary

Farmer Focus in Liberty is seeking a Safety Coordinator to help sustain a proactive safety culture. The role requires being visible on the production floor at least 80% of the time, conducting observations, and ensuring corrective actions are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong computer skills for safety documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift and on the production floor 80% of time.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety observations, inspections, and audits.
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are completed.
