Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Draper, Utah. You will deliver world-class product support via phone, email, and meetings, acting as the voice for NEOGOV customers and partnering with other departments to ensure top-tier service.

You will listen, guide, and troubleshoot to help customers maximize product value, while continually growing product knowledge and staying current with system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ years’ experience in a customer support / training / implementation role.
• Bonus points for experience supporting a SaaS product.
• Extra bonus points for HR and/or Public Safety software.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customers to understand what they are trying to accomplish with our products.
• Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting services to resolve issues.
• Create and update cases in Salesforce with interaction details and resolution.
• Keep knowledge up to date about product changes and communicate these to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments to ensure high-quality service.
