NEOGOV is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the on-site Customer Support team in Draper, Utah. You will be the voice of NEOGOV, assisting customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or 1+ years in customer support, with bonus points for SaaS experience, HR, or Public Safety software.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years’ experience in customer support/training/implementation roles.
• SaaS product experience is a bonus, HR/Public Safety software is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Listen attentively to understand what customers are trying to accomplish with our products.
• Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Respond in written form or verbally to help customers via email or other channels.
• Document case details in Salesforce with a clear synopsis and resolution.
• Keep knowledge up to date about product changes and nurture product expertise.
• Be an engaged team player contributing to a positive work environment.
