Job summary

TalentCraft seeks a Senior Windows Endpoint Consultant to provide hands-on expertise supporting Windows workstation performance across a large enterprise and its business units. The initial focus will be laptop performance and optimization, with potential to support additional endpoint initiatives as needs evolve.

The role requires deep Windows runtime experience, imaging and packaging skills, and the ability to diagnose complex performance issues while collaborating with Security,

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Windows workstation/endpoint environments (Windows 10/11).
• Experience with imaging, packaging, deployment, and endpoint management tooling.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Windows performance issues at OS/endpoint level.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of Windows laptop and workstation performance issues in a large enterprise environment.
• Evaluate the impact of recently deployed security agents and endpoint tools on Windows performance.
• Analyze endpoint configurations to identify conflicts, missing components, configuration gaps, or optimization opportunities.
• Review and troubleshoot Windows imaging, application packaging, deployment, and workstation configuration.
• Partner with Information Security, infrastructure, endpoint engineering, and business-unit technology teams.
• Recommend and implement configuration changes or other improvements to stabilize and optimize performance.
• Help establish a focused SWAT-team approach for diagnosing and resolving complex endpoint issues.
• Document findings, root causes, recommendations, and remediation steps.
• Provide senior-level Microsoft/Windows expertise for additional projects as needed.
