Job summary

Taylor Metal Products is seeking a hands-on team member to operate onsite roll forming machinery, including occasional overnights, and to perform warehouse duties. You will inspect raw materials, move items with forklifts, load/unload trailers, and assist with packaging and shipping.

A safety-conscious, reliable candidate with basic math and written communication skills is desired. The role combines manufacturing and warehouse work in a dynamic shop environment with benefits and potential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Written communication skills.
• 3-6 mos. manufacturing or warehouse exp. preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (will certify in-house).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain roll forming machinery onsite, including overnight shifts.
• Inspect and prepare raw materials for the roll forming process.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from trailers.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed.
• Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
• Support production by picking and staging materials for upcoming projects.
• Stock and organize warehouse; perform general warehouse operations.
