Job summary

HireArt is assisting our client, a fast growing AI robotics company, in recruiting Robot Operators to join its Taylor, TX production facility on a full-time, 12-month contract. This onsite role focuses on operating robotic prototypes in a live production environment and collecting data to improve performance.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive tasks. You will communicate technical observations clearly to remote engineers and adhere to safety

Qualifications

• Ability to operate VR hardware and sensors in a production setting.
• Detail-oriented with consistent performance in repetitive tasks.
• Clear written communication of observations to remote teams.
• Strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and access protocols.
• Ability to travel occasionally for onboarding or events.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate robotic prototypes in a live production environment.
• Perform recurring customer tasks with high consistency and quality.
• Operate simulated robotics systems for training when site is unavailable.
• Document outcomes and provide actionable feedback to remote teams.
• Represent the company professionally at the customer facility.
• Follow all customer-site requirements including safety protocols.
• Participate in projects to improve tools and workflows.
