Geek+ is seeking a Deployment Engineer to drive on-site deployments at client sites across the US. You will plan, coordinate, and execute hardware installations, lead contractor crews, and ensure robust testing and readiness for system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong hands-on technical skills with wiring, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex problems.
• Positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel up to 80% (Mon-Fri at client sites).

Responsibilities

• Plan onsite implementation projects and integrate into the master project plan.
• Lead contractor teams and manage performance.
• Conduct hardware inspections and pre-deployment testing.
• Prepare hardware for SIT/UAT and testing cycles.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues onsite and remotely.
• Develop and deliver training for customers and partners.
