Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, document treatment responses.
• Record vital signs and abnormalities using electronic health records.
• Coordinate patient access to care and connect with community resources.
