Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Clinical Care Registered Nurse for a full-time contract in Medford, MA. This onsite role floats to nearby clinics with schedules created in 6-week blocks after a 3-week training period; typical shifts are 7–10 hours, two to three weekdays with every other weekend and occasional major holidays.

You will administer medications, monitor patients, document in EMR, and perform comprehensive assessments while coordinating care with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; expiration no less than 30 days past start date.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR); Epic experience preferred.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions and document treatment responses.
• Monitor vital signs and identify abnormalities for intervention.
• Perform routine assessments and monitor overall patient well-being.
• Assist patients with access to resources and disease management.
• Conduct medication reviews and assess interactions and side effects.
• Support mental health assessments and mood/cognition evaluations.
• Document patient history accurately in the EMR.
• Maintain organized, clean, well-stocked clinic environment.
