Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Clinical Care Registered Nurse in Watertown, MA for a full-time contract role. Onsite work with float duties to nearby clinics. Typical schedule includes 6 weeks of training, then 7–10 hour shifts, two to three weekdays, and weekends, with some major holidays required.

Candidates must hold a BSN, RN license in the state, and BLS. EMR experience (Epic preferred) is valued for medication administration, documentation, and coordination of patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of residence.
• BLS certification required with expiration at least 30 days after start date.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or ER is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions and monitor treatment responses.
• Record vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Perform routine assessments to monitor health and well-being.
• Coordinate patient access to care and community resources.
• Document patient medical history in electronic health records.
