Qualifications

• RN license in primary state of residence, in good standing
• BLS certification with expiration not earlier than start date + 30 days
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications
• Evaluate patient conditions, monitor pain, document treatment responses
• Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities
• Perform routine assessments to monitor health and well-being
• Assist patients with access to community resources for medication management
• Review medications for interactions and side effects
• Conduct mental health assessments to screen for depression and mood
• Document patient history in electronic health records
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain organized, clean, and stocked clinic
