Job summary

Cherry Health in Greenville, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Montcalm Area Health Center. The RN will perform patient assessments, provide education, and coordinate care using evidence-based protocols.

This is an on-site, full-time role with occasional Saturday mornings in Grand Rapids. Candidate must hold an MI RN license and have at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BLS/CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Must be Registered Nurse licensed in Michigan.
• One year of professional clinical nursing experience required; family practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments, provide education, and schedule appointments by phone or in person.
• Advise patients and parents on care plans using approved protocols.
• Conduct one-on-one or family education sessions and ensure follow-up.
• Document nursing actions in medical records and participate in QA activities.
