Ideal candidates have 5+ years of healthcare management in ambulatory settings, RN licensure in Michigan preferred, and experience with clinic workflows, productivity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of healthcare management experience in ambulatory settings.
• Experience leading medical teams and supporting multiple providers.
• Knowledge of primary care, family practice, community health, or outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the ambulatory practice.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to promote high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor quality, safety, compliance, and patient access metrics.
• Manage budgets and operational priorities with the Director of Practice Operations.
