Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Michigan.
• One year of professional clinical nursing experience; family practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments, provide education, and schedule appointments.
• Conduct one-on-one or family patient education sessions.
• Document nursing actions in medical records.

Skills

Basic Life Support/CPR certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Working knowledge of computers

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
