Job summary

Cigna Evernorth is seeking an Onsite RN Health Coach in Martin, TN to provide face-to-face coaching and support, identify education needs, and help clients build personalized health improvement plans with measurable goals. You will partner with customers to set realistic steps and track progress, ensuring changes are practical and sustainable.

The role emphasizes empowering participants, performing biometric screenings, and collaborating on wellness events and programs to promote lasting health

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the relevant state.
• 3+ years in health and wellness.
• 1+ year health coaching/health education experience.
• ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.
• Refer customers to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and set personalized goals.
• Empower customers to become active participants in their health outcomes.
• Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.
• Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities, such as group coaching and wellness challenges.
• Perform biometric screenings, including finger sticks and blood pressure checks.
• Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes.
• Provide support for health-related site events, including health fairs and flu shot events.
