Job summary

The Cigna Group's Evernorth division is hiring a Health Coach RN in Martin, TN. This role focuses on onsite, face-to-face coaching to improve client health outcomes and tailor education plans.

You will assess health needs, develop personalized goals, and deliver group seminars and wellness events. Strong clinical background and communication skills required; ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certified.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state.
• Strong clinical skills with 3+ years of experience in health and wellness.
• At least 1 year of health coaching/health education experience
• ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification
• High energy level with dynamic presentation skills
• Customer-centric focus and ability to work independently
• Ability to proactively collaborate with the client and matrix partners
• Understand and own clinical targets and outcome measurements

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities and refer to relevant programs.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and evidence-based goals.
• Empower customers to become active participants in their health outcomes.
• Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.
• Lead wellness activities such as group coaching and seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings and use biometric data to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with matrix partners to support health and wellness strategy.
