Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an RN Onsite Health Coach to support Evernorth Workplace Care in the greater Boston area. This role focuses on in-person coaching, health education, and creating personalized health improvement plans with a patient-centered approach.

You will collaborate with clients and matrix partners, conduct biometric screenings when needed, and contribute to wellness events and programs. A valid RN license, 3+ years in health/wellness, and bilingual Spanish ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state.
• 3+ years in health and wellness field preferred.
• 1+ year in health coaching/health education.
• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification.
• High energy with dynamic presentation skills.
• Positive role model for healthy behaviors.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with clients.
• Understanding of clinical targets and outcome measurements.
• Strong computer and software application skills.
• Bilingual Spanish; oral and written tests available.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
• Assess health education needs and refer to clinical programs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Empower customers to participate actively in their health outcomes.
• Lead health and wellness activities, group coaching, and seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings and utilize data to drive outcomes.
• Support site events and collaborate with matrix partners on health strategy.
