Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify health education needs through targeted health assessments.
• Collaborate to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Empower customers to participate in their health outcomes.
• Lead wellness activities, group coaching, and health seminars.
• May perform biometric screenings (finger sticks, BP, body composition).
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to drive clinical value.
• Support health-related site events and open enrollment activities.
• Coordinate with matrix partners to support client health strategies.
