Job summary

Lancesoft is actively seeking a Clinical Care Registered Nurse for a full-time contract role in Charlestown, MA. The onsite position includes float coverage to nearby clinics, with schedules created in 6-week blocks and shifts typically 7–10 hours.

A current RN license, BLS, and EMR proficiency are required to support primary care, urgent care, and urgent care settings. Compensation is $55.00–$58.79 per hour (USD) on W2, with healthcare and holiday coverage as part of a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

RN license in the state of work; BLS certification; Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
Evaluate complex patient conditions and document treatment responses.
Monitor vital signs and identify abnormalities.
Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and well-being.
Assist patients in accessing healthcare and community resources for medication administration and disease management.
Review medications for potential side effects and interactions.
Develop and administer mental health assessments to screen for depression and evaluate mood and cognition.
Document patient history in electronic health records.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked clinical environment.
