Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking an Engineering Manager (onsite) for the Commercial Product Cell (CPC). You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on RF/microwave systems, radar architecture, and EW payloads for unmanned and tactical defense platforms, driving rapid development, field deployment, and production scale-up.

You will translate strategic vision into sharp daily execution while owning day-to-day operations and ensuring milestones, cross-functional integration, and technical rigor.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of DoD industry experience.
5+ years managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day operational execution lead for the CPC engineering organization.
Directly manage, mentor, and resource a multidisciplinary team of hardware and software engineers.
Provide SME oversight for RF/microwave systems, radar architectures, and EW payloads.
Drive projects from concept to field demonstrations, qualification, and production.
Support IRAD programs, assist technical proposals, and assess RFIs.
