Job summary

1014 AD Federal is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our 2nd shift, onsite team working on RF, microwave, and electronic test solutions for critical aerospace and defense missions. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to develop, optimize, and sustain advanced test methods that improve yield, reliability, and cost efficiency.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, design fixtures and test procedures, and play a key role in NPI readiness.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with the ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of RF, microwave, analog, or mixed-signal electronics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience interpreting technical data and using data-driven decision-making to solve engineering problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain test methods for complex RF, microwave, and electronic products.
• Develop troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic processes to drive efficient root cause identification and resolution.
• Create, improve, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing test processes.
• Develop and release test procedures and documentation for new products transitioning into manufacturing.
• Collaborate closely with teams across the product lifecycle to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring manufacturing readiness and test coverage.
