Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) in Arizona seeks an Entry Level RF Designer onsite at our Design Center in Phoenix. The role focuses on DAS design using iBwave, 3D modeling, and BOM generation, with training onsite for 4-6 weeks and second shift hours 2pm-11pm.

You will work with central engineering, learn RF concepts, and produce client-facing documents. This is an early career opportunity to gain hands-on experience in in-building wireless, with exposure to latest products and OEM

Qualifications

• Entry level RF Designer position; strong interest in RF design and DAS.
• Ability to learn RF concepts, frequency bands, and network architectures.
• Willingness to work on site in Phoenix and adapt to project demands.

Responsibilities

• Layout DAS designs in iBwave.
• Follow direction of Central Engineering Lead.
• Produce accurate BOMs from design effort.
• Produce fiber and rack diagrams in Visio.
• Run propagation models and export design reports.
