Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking an Engineer, In-Building RF Design and Deployment to design cellular DAS that meet operator requirements using iBwave tools and to lead deployments across multiple sites. You will review designs, develop submittal packages, coordinate field teams, and ensure performance issues are resolved with completed systems while hitting KPI targets.

This 100% remote role within the contiguous U.S.

Qualifications

• Proven iBwave skills (Level 2 cert or equivalent) and ability to review/optimize designs.
• Experience creating/reviewing operator submittal packages with operator design requirements.
• In-building wireless experience with DAS OEMs (ADRF, Corning, Andrew, JMA, SOLiD) and operator-grade small cells.
• Experience commissioning and optimizing with field teams; capable of on-site support.
• Experience using project management tools to guide deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Review DAS designs for carrier compliance and optimize coverage.
• Create submittal packages and manage deployment logistics.
• Document radio/IP designs and craft detailed rack/wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate field teams and site installations; support SPE role when needed.
• Plan acceptance testing (e911, Functional Call Test) and post-install data collection.
• Ensure KPIs are met in close-out reports.
