Highgate Hotels is offering a Summer 2027 Revenue Management Internship in Honolulu, HI. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders, gain exposure to hotel performance data, and participate in analytical decision-making across our Hawaii growth portfolio.

This fully onsite internship requires currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The role focuses on analysis, reporting, and supporting revenue strategy initiatives, with an hourly compensation of $20 and a temp full-time pay

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Coursework in hotel revenue management, finance, analytics, or data analysis preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in Revenue Management as a career path.

Responsibilities

• Support hotel revenue and yield efforts through analysis and reporting across market segments and distribution channels.
• Assist with evaluating performance against budget, forecast, booking pace, and market demand.
• Help prepare short- and long-term reports, forecasts, and revenue analyses.
• Monitor key performance indicators, booking trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Participate in revenue strategy meetings and support special projects and ad hoc analysis.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with data and reports.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Revenue Management tools, systems, and strategies while learning from experienced Highgate revenue leaders.
