Job summary

Highgate is offering a 2027 Revenue Management Internship in San Francisco. You will work with leaders to learn how hotels make key commercial decisions and gain hands-on experience with performance data.

You’ll analyze market segments, assist with forecasts, and participate in strategy meetings. This onsite internship starts in June and focuses on developing analytical and business skills in hospitality revenue management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field with interest in revenue management.
• Coursework in hotel revenue management, analytics, or finance is preferred.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and yield efforts through analysis and reporting across segments.
• Assist with evaluating performance against budget, forecast, and market demand.
• Prepare short- and long-term reports, forecasts, and revenue analyses.
• Monitor KPIs, booking trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Participate in revenue strategy meetings and assist with ad hoc analyses.
• Demonstrate problem-solving while working with data and reports.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Revenue Management tools and strategies.
