Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.

• Must pass a criminal background.

Responsibilities

• Verify identity, authenticate account holders, and protect CPNI/PII.
• Explore needs, service experience, and identify eligible offers.
• Clearly disclose pricing, terms, and requirements.
• Execute plan changes and provide confirmations to customers.
• Perform light troubleshooting and billing review.
• Honor explicit cancellation requests and provide disclosures.
• Handle inbound contacts from recently disconnected customers.
• Escalate fraud concerns and maintain QA scores.
