Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. The role blends tax expertise, community engagement, and client service to help customers navigate tax needs with confidence.

You will prepare full tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products while building lasting relationships within your local community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face and engage with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax’s video tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing support and community engagement.
