Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In House Marketing Coordinator to engage guests at our resort check-ins, schedule meetings with member services, and occasionally offer small gifts to encourage participation.

You will partner with resort staff, hand out materials, and help ensure guest arrival processes run smoothly while meeting weekly production standards. The role requires 1–3 years in sales or marketing, proficiency with MS Excel/Word, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset; HS

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Maintain production standards.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word, plus general computer skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marketing with guests checking into our resorts in person.
• Schedule guests to meet with member services for updates and workshops.
• Offer small gifts to guests participating in updates.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets for guests on shift.
• Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures.
• Meet weekly production standards.
