Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests to meet with a representative for a presentation and promote tour attendance.

The role emphasizes brand ambassador duties, qualification of prospects, and coordinating sales tours while working closely with resort staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
