Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a guest-facing coordinator to engage guests check-in at our resorts and provide concierge-like service. You will incentivize and schedule meetings with member services for owner updates and workshops, with potential gifts for participation.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales/marketing, strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills. High School Diploma is required; college degree preferred. Benefits include health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Maintain production standards.
• Proficient with general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; College degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift.
