Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking in-person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. You will greet, present, and incentivize guests to attend a sales-preview tour, and qualify participants according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities include scheduling sales-tour reservations, collecting deposits, and staying current on marketing information while collaborating with resort staff. No travel outside the home site area is required.

Qualifications

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
Sales/marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
Attend trainings and stay current on marketing information and industry trends.
Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
