The Fischer Group seeks a Strategic Analyst to strengthen planning by analyzing operations and market activity against strategic objectives. You will turn data into reports, trends, and insights to help leaders evaluate communities, models, market homes, and elevations.

The role collaborates across leadership and teams to surface gaps and opportunities with practical solutions, including leveraging AI. This 100% onsite position is located in Erlanger, KY.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, finance, or strategic planning.
• Four (4) year degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal operations and external market activity to identify root causes, gaps and opportunities.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations and practical next steps.
• Support leadership and cross-functional teams with projects, analyses, and reports.
• Provide recommendations for new models, market strategies, and elevations as needed.
• Oversee monthly meetings and keep data sources updated.
• Communicate with executives, land development, architecture, sales, finance, IT and operations teams.
