Job summary

Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our buildings meet safety and cleanliness standards. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with make-ready work for vacant units on a Toyota-managed property.

You will document work orders, manage inventory, and adhere to OSHA and company safety policies. Valid EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
• Ability to diagnose defects and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of work orders and safety protocols.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on property facilities.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, access materials, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document work and keep records up to date.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist with painting and cleaning.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
