Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• On-site five days per week in a centralized hub environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications and inquiries via CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in/move-out paperwork and ID checks in person or virtually.
• Support community operations and resident satisfaction targets.
• Assist with resident events and confidential information handling.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolio features and regulations.
