AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Resident Relations Manager for Village at Baldwin Park in Orlando, FL. You will build strong resident relationships, provide outstanding service, and address questions and community needs to ensure a positive living experience.

In this on-site role, you’ll collaborate with onsite teams, coordinate resident requests, support community events, and maintain accurate resident communications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to stay organized with competing priorities.
• Comfort with technology and resident-management systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and English proficiency.

Responsibilities
