AIR Communities seeks an Apartment Maintenance Manager for Indigo West in Orlando, FL. You will lead a skilled maintenance team, oversee preventative maintenance, apartment turns, resident service requests, and vendor partnerships to ensure top-tier service and asset preservation.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with EH&S standards and company policies while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in property management.
• 1+ year of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting property maintenance issues.
• Experience managing vendors, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, resident service requests, and operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative maintenance, apartment turns, resident service requests, and vendor relationships.
• Drive maintenance strategies that support resident satisfaction, asset preservation, and operational performance.
• Partner with community leadership to identify, prioritize, and address property maintenance and capital needs.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and resources with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, Environmental Health & Safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
