Responsibilities

• Build relationships with repair stations and communicate regarding open repair orders.
• Follow up on open issues by requesting status and addressing discrepancies.
• Review and evaluate shop quotes, maximizing cost savings.
• Allocate piece parts from stock.
• Review QC reports and repair management reports.
• Communicate with vendors on open QC units.
• Meet and maintain set KPIs within the department.
• Troubleshoot problematic repairs.
• Expedite completion of open repair orders.
• Obtain repair quotes.
