Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in project coordination or related role.
• 1+ year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate internal Make Ready Technicians to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Oversee and process purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
• Track and manage inventory for all project materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals, expectations, and schedules.
• Assist in planning and execution of routine turnkeys and more complex internal projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve project-related issues or delays.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to management and stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project delivery.
