Job summary

ResiPro seeks a high-energy, field-centric Project Manager to lead front-end inspections and back-end project execution for residential renovations in Atlanta. You’ll be the face of the company in the field, ensuring accurate scoping and delivery to strict quality standards.

You will manage on-site inspections, coordinate subs, and oversee renovations to keep schedules and budgets on track while maintaining safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in residential construction management, home inspections, or high-volume scattered-site rehabs.
• Strong multi-trade knowledge; understand how changes in one area affect another.
• Solid understanding of local building codes and common inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Tech-enabled inspections and scoping.
• Conduct initial property evaluations in metro Atlanta using tech to build real-time scopes.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections, representing the company with professionalism and transparency.
• Identify and document all repair needs, ensuring the scope accounts for visible defects and secondary work.
• Flag high-cost, high-liability, and deal-killer items during inspection to meet acquisition criteria.
• Capture structural, mechanical, and safety concerns to prevent budget overruns and delays.
• Direct and oversee residential renovations, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors to execute scope items and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Perform site visits to verify progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and monitoring of permits throughout construction.
• Conduct a comprehensive final walk-through to ensure safety standards and move-in readiness.
• Document final property condition for market readiness and resale.
