AIR Communities is seeking a driven project manager to lead large-scale capital improvements across our multifamily portfolio. This role focuses on renovations from concept through completion, coordinating with internal teams, architects, and vendors to deliver high-value asset upgrades.

The position requires overseeing budgets typically ranging from six figures, managing schedules, and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in capital improvements or related real estate environments.
• Experience leading large renovations with budgets over $100K.
• Strong vendor management and contract oversight.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel about 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from conception through completion.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Oversee procurement and contracting activities.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Travel to properties for site oversight.
• Maintain AIR brand standards in renovations.
