Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Onsite Project Manager to oversee interior and exterior renovation activities for assigned properties. You will report to the Senior Construction Project Manager and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. • Must have basic understanding of plans and specifications.
• Experience supervising multi-family renovation projects.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand project plans, specs, and scope.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor management and purchasing.
• Monitor construction schedule and communicate updates.
• Prepare submittals for review.
• Ensure quality control across renovation work.
• Provide daily jobsite supervision and progress tracking.
